What does the full course include?
The full course has 14 modules, 74 flashcards, 100 independently authored practice questions and written-knowledge review forms. It costs $19.99 once. There is no subscription. These questions are practice material, not copied official exam questions, and practice scores do not guarantee passing.
Does it cover my state?
Select your state and exam provider in the app before purchasing or taking an NNAAP review form. The reviewed coverage list includes Credentia/NNAAP written knowledge in 14 states and Washington, DC. The app checks that your route is still current. Other selections offer general study while provider coverage is unverified or unsupported. A state selection does not add state law, fees, eligibility or renewal instruction.
Hands-on skills, oral word recognition and other providers' exam packs need separate preparation. Always use your provider's current handbook for the requirements that apply to you.
Where does the teaching come from?
The written study scope follows the NNAAP content outline. Teaching is checked against exam-owner and public health sources; clinical facts require source review. AI assists production. We do not claim that a licensed clinician individually reviewed every page. In practice, follow your training, scope of work and facility policies.
How do I report a problem?
Use Feedback in the study app and include the module or card. It reports whether your message was accepted; if sending is unavailable, use the displayed support email. Request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase through support. Refund requests are reviewed by the team.
