Terms of Use
This site (Pass My CNA) and each course on it are owned and operated by DataPig LLC. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Study aid only. Every course here is an independent exam-preparation tool, provided for educational purposes only. It is not professional advice, and using it does not guarantee any examination result or outcome.
No affiliation. DataPig LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Credentia, Pearson VUE, the NCSBN, the NHA, CMS, the Maryland Board of Nursing, or any state nurse aide registry or licensing board. Per-course disclosures:
- Pass My CNA: CNA requirements vary by state. Verify current state testing rules before testing.
- Maryland GNA: Built to the Maryland Credentia GNA / Nurse Aide candidate handbook and the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON). The GNA is a two-part credential - a 70-item written (or oral) test AND a hands-on 5-skill evaluation, both must pass to be listed on the Maryland GNA Registry - and it builds on the CNA (you must complete an approved Maryland nurse-aide program first). GNA as a distinct credential is primarily a Maryland construct; other states use CNA plus geriatric add-ons. Original items only; not affiliated with Credentia or MBON. Verify your state and current handbook before testing.
- Medication Aide: Built to the NCSBN MACE national spine (Roles & Scope, Medication Administration, Pharmacology, Observation & Reporting, Safety & Rights). Med-aide rules are STATE-variable - the credential name, exam (MACE vs Colorado QMAP vs Texas CMA), question count, and passing cut vary. Verify your state board before testing. Original items only; not affiliated with NCSBN.
- Home Health Aide: Built to the federal CMS required subject areas (42 CFR Sec. 484.80): personal care/ADLs and skin, infection control and hand hygiene, vital signs, observation and reporting, safe transfers, emergencies, safe environment/nutrition, and client rights. The HHA credential is a competency evaluation - a written exam PLUS a hands-on skills demonstration, both must pass - and rules are STATE-variable (75-hour federal training floor; many states require 120+). Verify your state and training program before testing. Original items; not affiliated with CMS.
- Patient Care Tech (CPCT/A): Based on the NHA CPCT/A Test Plan plus standard nursing-assistant, CLSI order-of-draw, CDC, OSHA, and AHA references. A revised test plan takes effect Jan 2027 (NHA says minimal content change) - verify your exam date.

Payments & refunds. Each course is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription — you are billed once per course and never auto-renewed. Purchasing one course grants access to that course only. If you are not satisfied, you get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase — processed automatically. Request it in-app (Help → Request a refund) or email support@passmycna.com. When a refund is issued, paid access to that course ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
